Although cremation of animals already starts becoming an usual practice in the Czech Republic, is understandable that at the moment of the death of your animal friend, you want to spend as little time studying our services. Therefore, we have prepared a fast and hopefully understandable process how to proceed in such a difficult moment. If the death occurred between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., please call +420 737 110 790. On the phone, our employees will agree on the terms of the animal takeover. It is necessary to decide whether you want to bring your pet to the crematorium by yourself or use our pick-up service.
If the death occurs outside of the 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. working hours, wrap your pet in a blanket and store it in a cool environment and please call the next day +420 737 110 790.
In case you want to use our pick-up service, tell us the place where we can pick-up your pet and our employee will be there at the earliest possible time. Our employee directly after the arrival into Crematorium labels the animal and stores your pet in refrigerator.
In case you want to bring your pet yourself, arrange your approximate time of the takeover at the crematorium. It's good to have the vaccination certificate with you in case of euthanasia and the Medical Examiner's Certificate (certificate from a veterinarian).
In the event that a pet is physically at the crematorium we will contact you the next working day to arrange date of the cremation, to choose an urn and/or arrange other services. If you want say goodbye to your pet before the cremation, we will arrange only the date of the cremation on the phone with you and everything else will then be arranged personally at our premises.

The actual cremation takes approximately 1-2 hours, depending on the weight of the animal.
The actual cremation takes place at the specified time and in an arranged order that cannot be changed. The cremation takes place either with your participation (personal farewell before cremation) or without it. Each cremation is individual, ie. only one pet in the cremation furnace at a time.
After the cremation ashes modify, cool down and are put into the urn. The urn is immediately ready for pick-up from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., you can pay cash or by credit card.
